Te Ātiawa ki te Upoko o te Ika a Māui Pōtiki Trust is calling for nominations for two (2) Trustee positions. All nomination papers must be received no later than 5pm on Monday 16 March, 2026 to be eligible.
As per the Trust Deed, there are two (2) positions to be filled in relation to the constitute marae of Te Tatau o te Pō Marae for the term period of three (3) years. Trust members who affiliate to Te Tatau o te Pō Marae are eligible to nominate a registered member to be a Trustee.
Nominees must not be precluded by the Trust Deed.
If there are more nominations than positions to be filled an election will be held.
If the number of candidates is equal to the number of positions, then those candidates will be confirmed as new trustees without the need for an election by the members of the associated marae.
Nominations close: 5pm on Monday 16 March, 2026

If an election is required, then a voting pack will be issued to all registered members of Te Ātiawa ki te Upoko o te Ika a Māui Pōtiki Trust who affiliate to the Te Tatau o Te Pō Marae.
· eMail and Postal voting will close at 5pm on Friday 17 April 2026
· In-Person voting will close at 12:30pm at the AGM on Saturday 18 April 2026.
